[:1]About Us:
First and foremost, we are a semi-hardcore re-roll guild. What this entails is starting over, leveling together to 85, gearing up together and then jumping into raids. This gives the guild plenty of time to form relationships before we even start raiding. We all like to have fun but, raiding is taken seriously.
We will be raiding 3 days each week in which time 100% effort is expected. While not elitist we are still striving to reach a high standard, so members are expected to research and min-max their class.
The guild will be focused around 25 man content. We are a group of players that share a common interest in playing World of Warcraft for the purpose of steady and consistent progression, forming bonds with other players, and a dedication to those bonds. We have lives outside of World of Warcraft involving jobs, school, family, and friends; With that being said we want to make the best of the time avaliable
For this reason, we are highly selective in who we invite into our group. We strive to be mature, accepting, knowledgeable, efficient, well-rounded, and dedicated players.
Expectations:
All members of Fixture understand that it takes a significant amount of effort and teamwork to make a progression guild work at its best.
But we do expect that our teamwork and efforts together be second to none. In order for this to happen we have some specific traits we look for in all members.
Our ideal recruit exhibits the following qualities:
They are active and looking for a steady guild to call home.
They realize that it takes more than raiding to acquire gear. Our members need to be willing to level their professions to what best suites their class.
They understand that for a guild to work, all members must contribute to its development and progression.
They enjoy the aspects of the game, especially progression in hard mode environments.
They are seeking a guild that emphasizes more than quick leveling and mass recruitment.
Overall they are easy to get along with and know when to joke and when to be serious.
For raids they show up on time, well prepared with strategies, consumables, and their attention.
They understand that to be good and efficient mods and applications may be required for raiding, including Deadly Boss Mods, Omen, and Ventrilo.
Most of all our members enjoy having fun, have real lives outside the game but enjoy playing the game and will show up to raids.
Raiding:
Tue - Thu : Main Days: 8:30 PM EST - 12:30 EST
Mon-Sun: We will break up into 10 mans and finish as much content as possible that was not finished in 25's.
These times are obviously for progression only. Our raids are efficient and fast when we farm. During farm times we will not raid as long. For example, we may only have scheduled raids two nights, with other nights for alts and recruits. The other nights are invoked when we need them to clear current content.
Server & Faction:
We will be re-rolling Horde, on US-Skullcrusher, Please stay level 1 until the re-roll date (has yet to be announced).
BOA & RAF:
BOA gear is allowed and encouraged.
RAF is allowed and encouraged.

Officers
I plan on having only a few officer positions. These positions might not ever be filled and they certainly won't be rushed. These officer positions include a Tank adviser, Heal adviser, Melee adviser, and Range adviser. As I find suitable and willing individuals to fulfill these rolls they will be added.
Loot
We will be using a Loot council consisting of the Guild leaders, Raid leader, and the 4 Advisers (Tank, Heal, Melee, and Range).
PLEASE NOTE:
We are in no rush to start the re-roll. We will NOT be beginning this re-roll until we have between 35 and 45 active members. A lot of the people that will apply and be accepted wont make it to 85 so we have to have the numbers required to be a successful 25 man raiding guild. This may take 2 weeks or 4 months. DO NOT apply if you are unwilling to wait for the perfect environment.
ALL accepted applicants must sign the Roll-call that will be posted every Sunday. You have until the next Sunday to sign it to avoid being removed from the guild.
