Horde guild "Preteritum" at Hellscream is mass recruiting. It's a guild made for all those who want to go back to the pre-TBC high end game content as faithfull to the old times as possible.
The guild is just a baby, maybe even less. But it's an ambitious and serious project. It's a large recruitment, but seeking only dedicated, active and mature players to get into a serious, enjoyable environment aswell.
The objective is to raid the abandoned and old instances such as MC, BWL, AQ40, Naxx, etc... but also explore forgotten places like Dire Maul or Scholo.
Raids will take place in a "Late night" schedule, starting around 22:30, Paris time. Note this might still
be objective of some minor changes.
What won't change are the starting rules:
- Only pre-TBC accounts are allowed, no exceptions. This means the character must be in a "non-TBC-upagraded" account, so no lvls 60+, no Belfs, no jewelcrafters.
- No TBC enchants
- No TBC consumables
In sum, forget almost everything related with TBC.
All levels are welcome. Rerollers are more than welcome, even preferred. For some time it'll be mainly a lvling guild until have enough people ready to raid.
So, if u always wanted to visit, for the first time, or not, the fascinating and challenging pre-TBC high end content, take this chance.

Towel is high end Horde PvE guild on Magtheridon EU.
The guild consists of management and members all with long and solid high end raiding experience, ranging up to M'uru in Sunwell. We have formed a new guild, in our own image, to do raiding our own way. Our goal is to be a competing Sunwell guild, with high ambitions for new encounters.
Currently working on M'uru P2 - had 4 nights on him so far.

Our trials will be put to the test upon arrival, to ensure you have the quality and skill we seek. We no longer run Hyjal, but will make runs for those who are interested on offdays.
Current raid hours are: Monday - Thursday: 19:00 - 00:00 CET. Sunday: 16:00 - 00:00++ if we are pushing for a kill. Otherwise Sunday raids are held from 19:00 - 00:00 as usual.
The most important thing for you as an applicant to remember is that we are looking for the best people to fit in the guild. We put large emphasis on both social skills and ingame professionalism. We have a wide sense of humor, and do our best to make everyone feel at home in the guild, and excel as players. We try to have fun while we raid. Although raiding is what we do, and we intend to do it well, the social aspect is just as important as the progress itself.

Hi all, thanks for your time.
I am a fairly well-geared 70 Destro Warlock (HORDE) that is looking for a Guild on the Stormscale US Realm that consists of Australians (or Asians, or anyone around that timezone) that raids anywhere from 1am to 11am realm time.
Does such a Guild exist?
If not, does anyone want to help create one?

Order of the Onyx, a Moon Guard guild of the Horde alliance, is looking for active, solid roleplayers to join the community. The guild was founded by Lucianus, a player who has had many years in AOL text-based roleplay. - What's the backstory on the Order of the Onyx?
A: The order of the onyx was created by Lucianus, someone thought to be something of a 'radical' prophet. He claims to have been visited by a God named 'In'Sin', a god with many different philosophies for the fate of the Horde. There are two main philosophies, though, that guide the Order of the Onyx in every duty they perform.
The first of these philosophies are one in'sin has called 'the ultimate union' which is a union of all races of the horde on a spiritual level, unlike what the 'false union' of politics and agreements. This union is to be created by involving every disciple in a commitment with another, allowing them to learn fully of eachother, understand and empathize with their personal situations, regardless of race, former creed and any prior held discrimination. Taking the Oath of In'Sin is one that will require you to cleanse yourself of the qualities that would prevent such a union.
The second of the main philosophies is one that teaches of peace. Lucianus assures that members of the Order understand that they must be willing to choose intellect and strategy over the sword, and only fight when they are commanded to. In'Sin feels that the war of this current world is a terrible sickness, one that is plaguing many members of the Horde. He feels they are taught first to fight with the blade before understanding why it is they fight at all. He also believes that it is the selfish will of political leaders that drives these nations to war, killing off young, vibrant souls before giving them the opportunity to become something more. So, it is taught that even in the most dire situations, the disciples of the Order of the Onyx will maintain faith and the power of presence against what may seem certain death and will not fight unless commanded. It is believed that this may be the greatest course of action to heal such a severe plague of sickness.
-Are there level restrictions/race restrictions?
A: No. All characters at all levels and all races of the Horde may be accepted into the Order.
-Does the guild do questing/end-game/raids?
A: The guild does participate in questing at the 'player level.' If two players decide they want to go through a quest together, it's encouraged they do so IC, aiding one another as two members of the Order would.
The guild, however, will not participate in end-game and raiding content. From what I have seen in the past, too many heavy roleplaying guilds have fallen into the trap of associating themselves with these demanding in-game tasks and it has resulted in the roleplay nearly disappearing completely. So, this will be discouraged. Order of theOnyx is strictly about roleplaying, it's our main focus. So, we won't allow for anything that might jeapordize the possibility of allowing good roleplay to flourish.
-Is the Order of the Onyx Heavy/Medium/Light RP?
A: We are a strict "Heavy Roleplaying" guild. All players assigned are required to stay in character absolutely at all times unless an out of character statement is necessary. Even then, we have an OOC channel, which all members are allowed in, to chat away in OOC. Even the guild's GuildChat is IC, through the Channeling Stone that will be assigned in game. So again, all out of character should remain in the OOC channel. Other than that, roleplay will be strictly enforced and failure to adhere to this rule will result in removal from the guild all together.

No Bads Allowed is currently looking for well geared and experienced applicants of the classes below. We are a progression oriented guild on the Kilrogg server who managed to clear all of Hyjal and BT 4 weeks after forming. New to running a guild - Need Help and Info Please

I was involved with a starting of a guild. I was not the leader, just a officer.
Currently, the leader of the guild has left for school and entrusted me with the guild.
I am looking at different addon's out there and not sure what to get.
We do have a guild bank with 2 tabs.
We are a growing guild and I want to get things in place now before it gets bigger.
Any ideas out there?
Basically want to see who is on.. last log on.. new members.. guild bank.. toons that leveled while i was not on.. ability to send mail to guild members without having to write names down and copy... anything else you think is vital to running a guild.

I'm looking for a mature casual guild in Europe. I'm in my 30s, so it would be great to find a guild full of other adults with similar life circumstances (e.g. family, job, etc).
I have a quite a few alts, but my main is a Horde Tauren Druid. I have recently rolled a Alliance Draenei Priest, and wouldn't mind at all continuing that character.
I really like Battlegrounds and some Arena action, and I am really really looking forward to Lake Wintergrasp. However, I'd prefer to stay on a PvE server.
I like raiding, but can only commit to a single night a week. My druid pretty much has all the healing essentials from Karazhan. 10-man content is fine, but I wouldn't mind doing 25-man too.

[A-Frostwolf] Atrocity Recruiting (for Wrath)
Atrocity is a new Alliance guild on the Frostwolf server. We are starting recruitment now, but not for any BC content. We hope to have a reasonable amount of members in place for leveling in Wrath of the Lich King, and eventually, raiding. You can check us out at http://www.atrocity-guild.net.
What makes us special?
Our self imposed time limits. We've all been in the raids that seem to drag on until the early hours of the morning. In an effort to stop such behavior we will be using hard start and stop times. If we are going to raid something, and the raid is scheduled to end at 11pm, thats when it ends. (Possible exceptions will be made if we are just about to attempt a boss, but nothing more then 15 minutes.) We will also be designating an "off week" each month. During those weeks members will be encouraged to BG, daily, sleep, or even catch up on those niggling real life responsibilities.
Hopefully such policies will help prevent burnout, and keep the game fun. Not to mention the added bonus of being able to wake up for your job not hating yourself.
What we expect
Specific member expectations can be found on our website. In general we expect players to be very well versed in their chosen class, able to take difficulties in stride, and be intelligent. Solid skills in theorycrafting and addon usage will also be required. Beyond this all members should have very strong communication skills, both spoken and written.
The Plan
As I said we are currently simply working to shore up our numbers. If we happen to get some raiding in before Wrath so be it, but don't come expecting there to be much emphasis on BC progression. We are just in a holding pattern until Wrath. Once Wrath finally is released we will get leveling and are looking at a time frame of about 4 months to be consistently raiding. (Of course dependent on what the final leveling curve looks like.)

Hello everyone. Let me sort of give you my backround with WoW. I remember a couple years ago I played for a while and I really did love it, but then I tried a couple other MMORPG's most recently I've been playing lord of the rings online and it would be good, but the thing is it's not a very big map, it doesn't have enough content, it's too easy to level, the PvP sucks and is limited and it just doesn't give me that same feel I had when I played WoW. I'm now very very much considering coming back to it. First I need to ask is there anyway to install it on another computer? I uninstalled it from my previous computer I used and I'd really like to install it on the new one I use because I don't wish to buy a new one cause I'll already need to buy the burning crusade. Is there anyway to do this?
Now onto my main question. I've read up on the races and I absolutely LOVE, just am passionate about the blood elves. I love their backround and their looks, they're just awesome! Now I'm looking for an all blood elf guild that is really into RP and I would LIKE, very much, for them to be into PvP also. The RP part is really important though. That being said I'd also like for them to be on a RP-PvP server (those exist right? haha). I dont have my heart set on any of the class, BUT I really don't want to be a hunter for gameplay reasons, warlock for RP reasons, and rogue for both reasons. I've narrowed it down to mage, paladin, and priest. I can RP any of those very well and enjoy it and I also love the gameplay of them. (note, if I were to play as a paladin, I would not take the typical perspective of a blood elf and say the holy light was only for our manipulation, I would actually de quite devoted to it and a disciple of such and as far as gameplay I would want to wield a two-handed sword, what ever spec that means I would have to take on)|||Also, I can't post on the official WoW forums so I had just posted here. Now onto my main question. I've read up on the races and I absolutely LOVE, just am passionate about the blood elves. I love their backround and their looks, they're just awesome! Now I'm looking for an all blood elf guild that is really into RP and I would LIKE, very much, for them to be into PvP also. The RP part is really important though. That being said I'd also like for them to be on a RP-PvP server (those exist right? haha). I dont have my heart set on any of the class, BUT I really don't want to be a hunter for gameplay reasons, warlock for RP reasons, and rogue for both reasons. I've narrowed it down to mage, paladin, and priest. I can RP any of those very well and enjoy it and I also love the gameplay of them. UP TILL DAWN, Terenas (EU), its a friendly and mature guild who will raid late night (about 23h00-02h00 server time). - People blurring the Line so badly that just because they like someone OOC they make their char do something totally out of the norm. Ie: Just because 2 people may be screwing each other OOC- having their chars do something they have sworn by blood not to.

- Degrading other members, and rudely criticizing their methods of RP. Here we nurture and help. Not put down and make others feel bad.

I am looking for people of a mature age (21+ preferred but understand there are some mature teenagers out there as well) that are interested in joining me for WOTLK. I have a guild already with a website and vent. The guild has a bank with 5 tabs already bought and waiting. I was GM of the guild for awhile but merged with another guild to tackle T6 content, however, I saved the guild on an alt because it seemed dumb to throw away 5 bank slots.
The guild is called �No Nubbness� and is on the �Burning Legion� PVP server. I am looking for raiders with experience to help me rebuild this guild. I have some people who are already interested from my server. I will not be raiding 5 days a week so don�t expect anyone else to commit to that. I will raid on any days that I am not working though and am very committed when playing. I am very open to what days we raid, but I do have to be tighter on the times. I am restarting this guild because there are not a lot of late night guilds out there, but there are a lot of people who want one. The raid start times would be at or after 11pm MST. That�s 10pm PST, 12am CST or 1am EST.
I am recruiting all classes and specs at this time to lvl from 70-80 together and start raiding as soon as possible. This guild will be 99% PVE; obviously what you do outside of raids is up to you. I do ask that everyone raiding be specced and geared for PVE. There is a calendar on the website for scheduling, or I also use in game calendars.
Loot:
Open for suggestions. I normally go with a DKP type open bid system but am willing to hear any suggestions.

I have some people who are already interested from my server. I will not be raiding 5 days a week so don�t expect anyone else to commit to that. I will raid on any days that I am not working though and am very committed when playing. I am very open to what days we raid, but I do have to be tighter on the times. I am restarting this guild because there are not a lot of late night guilds out there, but there are a lot of people who want one. The raid start times would be at or after 11pm MST. That�s 10pm PST, 12am CST or 1am EST.
I am recruiting all classes and specs at this time to lvl from 70-80 together and start raiding as soon as possible. This guild will be 99% PVE; obviously what you do outside of raids is up to you. I do ask that everyone raiding be specced and geared for PVE. There is a calendar on the website for scheduling, or I also use in game calendars.

I've recently started playing WoW again after a break of about 18 months!
I've returned to my old guild, but to be honest, most of the faces are brand new to me and it doesn't feel as busy as it used to.
So, I'm investigating the possibilities of a new home:

I'm in my early 30's, have a job, and a young son, so am very much looking at the casual end of things. I'm not interested in PvP or Raiding.
I'm really looking for a guild that can provide a fun, friendly, busy atmosphere, preferably with characters of various levels so we can group where needed.
My old main is on Turalyon, a lvl 60 Shaman.
I also have a few characters on Alonsus.
I mostly play horde, but I wouldn't object to re-rolling an Alliance if needed.

About Us
Infamy is an Alliance PVE focused raiding guild which is based the US realm, Proudmoore. We are one of the most progressed Oceanic guilds still on a PVE realm (Top 15 Worldwide Oceanic, approx). Our goal has always been to down content within a short time frame without sacrificing the gaming/life balance � as such we raided for 12 � 14 hours p/week in BC.

To be advised, but based around a 8-14 hour raid week maximum in Wrath. We will be running 25 man raids and pushing end game content in the same manner we have in BC. We will also have a number of 10 man groups going, especially intially.
Weeknights will start at 8pm and there will be a maximum of 3 25 mans on weeknights.
Our Server
Proudmoore is one of the last 24/7 servers around � unofficially named the Australian PVE server of choice at the launch of vanilla wow (almost 4 years ago). The server�s player based comes from a variety of places around the globe (Aus, US and Asia). What does this mean for us though? Well� thanks for asking Bob;
- Login queues are none existent anymore (high population) but due to the player base being so varied, there is no specific peak time on PM.
- Established economy.
- It's like Vegas, the server that never sleeps.
Recruitment Needs
At present Infamy is looking to refill numbers lost over the past few months and prepare for Wrath in a proactive manner. We want people to join us now so that we can get to know them as we level up through Wrath. We will be taking only the strongest and most competent at playing their chosen class into our raiding team once raiding resumes.
We are after people of all classes at this stage. Around 10-15 total so that we go into wrath strong and can pick the best team to field for 25 man raiding.
Why us? We have a strong core group of raiders going into wrath, we wish to see all content while enjoying the game, we wish to play with people of similar skill level and we have fun!
The release of Wrath means we all start relatively from scratch again, so those that have missed the progression raiding game have the chance to sell themselves and start playing at the top end of the game. We are looking for people not just with a proven raiding history, but those stars who know that they should and could play at a much higher level than they have been and want to start a fresh in Wrath.

We also don't have any spec, playstyle, or playtime requirements, that's for uncreative folks. If we have a group with an nontraditional mix of specs or classes, hey, that's fine. We nearly always get the job done, and learn a few new tricks in the process.
With WotLK, we're planning on focusing primarily on PvE and Achievements. While we are run by a council, we are only as good as our members and encourage everyone to get involved in coordinating events, PvP teams, instance runs, and the weekly penguin worship ceremonies. We won't lord over you with unnecessary rules and regulations. Our rules are simple: respect others, keep things in perspective, don't take things too seriously, and above all else: NO DRAMA.
What we offer:

Hello, i and a close friend of mine, are creating a guild, just before the release of WotLK, on Horde on Spinebreaker EU. We both, as of yet, have not decided on a guild name.

<About The Guild>
Well, we have made A small plan as of now. This basiclly consists of, Running the 1st Instance in both 10 and 25 mans. We are going to focus on 25 mans mostly at the end game content, but will do 10 mans to, dependant on amount of memebrs online, or generally what people want to do.
We are going to have a friendly community, a semi-casual guild. Basiclly meaning, we will progress at a steady pace, not zooming through the high-end content, but doing it at the pace, of which we will decide together.

Well, as stated above, that is what we expect of you from lvl 80. but until then, we are lookign for
-People that will be 70 before WotLK, so if your lvl 50, and can get to level 70 b4 the exepansion. then you can apply as a member.(and only as member for now)
if you are not on spinebreaker, but, can either, level from 1-70 b4 the exe, or are willing to transfer your charactor across, then that will also be ok.

Well, as we currently have discussed the name of the guild, we cannot go any further with this, though, we can use the free guild making sites. Though, if after we have recruited, and someone or a group of people, fele they are willing to pay for higher packages on the website, then we may be able to do that,. or if someone can design one. When we find out what guild name we are going to use, then we will start making it.

We will also be running "Tramp Hour" whereby one hour a week, we will sit around Stormwind, lieing in the fountain outside the bank, and just being general tramps.
All I ask is that no drama is started within the guild, becuase it will be Auto-kick, and being mature.

Anetheron Horde Tank Looking For Guild
Hello. I am currently a BE Paladin on Anetheron but plan on rerolling a Death Knight at WotLK launch. I have raided as Holy, Prot, and Ret but tanking is my passion and that is what I'm looking to do. My paladin will also get leveled as time permits so I'll have him as a backup character/tank should the need arise. I am looking for a guild that is raid progression focused. I don't care if it is a start up guild or something already established so long as we're making progress. My play time is extremely flexible to the point where I can raid at any time so long as I know in advance when to be on. Raid spots are class need; we often have available spots for a mage, restoration druid, and shaman--though we would like to get apps from any classes who think they'd be a good fit for us(prot warriors in t6/newbadge level gear only please).
Our current raid times are 6:00pm to 10:30pm Pacific time on Sun/Mon/Tues/Wed/Thurs (sometimes we voluntarily go later).

Im doing this pretty much because I like the company, and I hate seeing the vent space go unused.
So if your guild is hurting for cash and looking for a voice server let me know. I have got the highest codec around and people from all round the world seem to ping well. It is completely free (although I never mind getting a little donation ;] )
You get your own private and passworded channel, as well as administrative rights to that channel (kick, ban, mute, editing channel name/comment) also as many sub channels as you like.

Free Public Ventrilo, for all your guild's needs
Hello All,
For those of you who don't know what Ventrilo is, it's a program somewhat like TeamSpeak, you join a server, make your log-in name and then join a room where people are having a conversation (If they or you don't want you in the room they will either tell you so or the room will be password protected.)
Our server boasts over 150 dedicated vent-users with a 99% uptime and a dedicated and helpful administration team (server mods run the server, admins take care of the server, and channel mods (you can be one if you so wish!) take care of there own room with the ability to kick anyone in your room!)
We also hold events, usually around 2 to 3 a week, which attract many people. There are DJs streaming music and everything you could ask for! I have seen many Ventrilo servers, and believe you me I have never seen a better-run or smooth-running server as The Multivent. This would be a great way to further WoW�s community aspect. Everyone is friendly, and if they aren�t they are promptly banned!
To download Ventrilo simply Google search it. Then, at the top of the window under "user name" click "create new" and type in your login name. Then underneath, "Server", again, click "new" and under "hostname or ip" put "themultivent.instantvent.com". And under "port #" put "5133". After that, click connect, and... Voila! You should be in the muted welcome room,

For those of you who don't know what Ventrilo is, it's a program somewhat like TeamSpeak, you join a server, make your log-in name and then join a room where people are having a conversation (If they or you don't want you in the room they will either tell you so or the room will be password protected.)
Our server boasts over 150 dedicated vent-users with a 99% uptime and a dedicated and helpful administration team (server mods run the server, admins take care of the server, and channel mods (you can be one if you so wish!) take care of there own room with the ability to kick anyone in your room!)
We also hold events, usually around 2 to 3 a week, which attract many people. There are DJs streaming music and everything you could ask for! I have seen many Ventrilo servers, and believe you me I have never seen a better-run or smooth-running server as The Multivent. This would be a great way to further WoW�s community aspect. Everyone is friendly, and if they aren�t they are promptly banned!
To download Ventrilo simply Google search it. Then, at the top of the window under "user name" click "create new" and type in your login name. Then underneath, "Server", again, click "new" and under "hostname or ip" put "themultivent.instantvent.com". And under "port #" put "5133". After that, click connect, and... Voila! You should be in the muted welcome room,

About Us
Infamy is an Alliance PVE focused raiding guild which is based the US realm, Proudmoore. Our goal has always been to down content within a short time frame without sacrificing the gaming/life balance � as such we raided for 12 � 14 hours p/week in BC.
Raid Times GMT +10 - 3am Proudmoore Server Time
We raid monday, wednesday and thursday 8pm AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) till roughly 11/11:30pm - around 10 hours per week. Though currently we are clearing all available content in 2 raids. We have regular 10 mans happening as well.

- Login queues are none existent anymore (high population) but due to the player base being so varied, there is no specific peak time on PM.
- Established economy.
- It's like Vegas, the server that never sleeps.
Recruitment Needs
Our goal is to take only the strongest and most competent at playing their chosen class into our raiding team.
We are after Shamans of all specs. We would also look at holy paladins, another mage and another ranged dps class.

[A] Late night ened more for 25's (10pmPST starts)
No Nubbness is a restart guild on the Burning Legion server. We are compromised off almost all rerolls and transfers. The leaders, as well as most of the others in guild have a minimum of BT experience and some with SWP experience. I started this guild do to my inability to find a late night raiding guild to fit my needs. There are a lack of good late night guilds out there , but a lot of people who need them.
This guild will be 90% PVE and focused on both 10/25 man raids in WOTLK. We have many great people all ready; with the rest almost to 80 as well. We are not over bloating the guild. We are looking for raiders and not sitters.
Our raid times will be 12am server � 4am server (that�s CST). For those on the west cost our raid times start at 10pm, and for those on the east cost it is 1am raid starts. We do not want people who cannot make these times. Since we are not over recruiting we are looking for good, reliable people to enjoy the game with us 4-5 days a week.
This guild will not be a job. It will be time consuming and take dedication, but it better not seem like work. My goal is to have a progression guild while still actually enjoying the game and the people you play it with. I want no attitudes, I want no egomaniacs. If you were the best 70 on your server I don�t want to know it, I want to see you become the best 80 on ours.
