Information
Currently we are working on Heroic Trial of the Crusader 25 man. We are seeking knowledgeable, interested and quality players to fill main raiding slots. Currently we do 25 Normal ToC, 25 Heroic ToC and 25 Onxyia. We also run internal 10 man runs of: ToC, ToC Heroic and Onyxia.
Recruitment Process
All perspective applicants are on a two week trial period. After the trial period judgment is passed on your position in the guild. We judge all recruits on raid performance and ability to follow instructions.
DKP and Item Distribution
We operate on a bid DKP system meaning you are in control of how you spend your DKP and the items you earn. We do not involve officers in the loot selection process, it is 100% on a DKP value. Main Raiders have a priority over Recruits, although once recruits pass the screening process they are promoted to Main Raiders. All raiders who attend raids earn equal DKP (even members who are sat for the night).

Okay, I know this is a tucked away little section of our forums, but because you took the effort to post this in the correct section, I'll be nice. Let me point you to the rules of these forums, and to make it extra clear, let me quote one particular bit:

6. Thou Shalt Not Engage in Unnatural Bumping. We have a "bump up" feature, where the post with the most recent addition goes to the top of the forum listing. If your post is good, it'll be responded to. If it's responded to, it'll undergo the process we call Natural Bumping. Natural Bumping = good. Unnatural bumping = bad. Unnatural Bumping is where someone posts, "I'm adding this to put this thread back at the top." Do it, we slap your hand. Do it often, you pull back a bloody stump.
Since most people find guilds in-game, this part of the forum is not as active and your post was still second or third on the front page. Bumping it like this absolutely serves no purpose whatsoever.
One more time and the thread will be deleted.
