Founded in October 2009, Up and Away expanded to 25 man raiding in February 2010. Progressing quickly through current raids we have experienced great success and now want to continue building upon the guilds solid foundations.

We are looking for dedicated players, who are reliable, skilled and have a desire for progression raiding. As an English speaking international guild we welcome players from all over the world and if you are interested in applying please visit:

Classes:

Death Knights - Low - An exceptional DPS candidate would be considered.

Druids - High - Both Balance and Resto are in high demand.

Hunters - Medium - A good candidate would be considered.

Paladins - Closed.

Priests - High - Shadow Priests are in very high demand.

Mages - Low - An exceptional candidate would be considered.

Rogues - Closed.

Shamans - High - Enhancement and Elemental are in very high demand.

Warlocks - Medium - A good candidate would be considered.

Warriors - Closed.



Requirements:

* We expect you to maintain a high level of attendance, our best players will maintain near 100% attendance.

* You must have a full understanding of your classes itemisation, rotations and be a skilled player.

* Fluent in writing, reading and listening to English.

* Dedication and preparation, we expect you to be prepared for new encounters, take part in forum discussions and keep up to date with current changes.

* We also want players who will be able to fit into our guild sociably, we are not looking for people who will only ever be online at raid times.
