Who we are
Reincarnated was formed in late August 2010, from the vestiges of what was formerly Reincarnated was formed in late August 2010, from the vestiges of what was formerly Crowd Control. We are an ambitious guild, seeking like-minded individuals with the ambition to establish ourselves amongst the server best guilds but without sacrificing too much of our RL time to do so. We want to see end-game progression but we don’t want WoW Raiding to take over our lives! With that in mind, we raid 3 days a week and use our raiding time efficiently. We value quality raiding over quantity. Our 25m ICC progress was 11/12 HC and our 10m progress was 12/12 HC.
We're currently sitting at 12/12 (25m) - decent set of screenshots on our webite (shamelss plug because we almost fit everyone in this screenshot!)
Our Recruiting Preferences
We're 12/12 in 25m normal, and shall begin HC raiding in BoT as of next week. We require the following to help us reach a higher level and progress through the heroic raids.
1 Exceptional Tank - any class.
3 Exceptional Healers - 1 each of Resto Druid/Shaman, Holy Paladin, Disc/Holy Priest (able to play both specs)
Several dps classes.
We keep our applications open at all times, so if you feel you have what it takes to help us progress, please do apply.

What we expect of you
- The ability to grasp mechanics and tactics of fights quickly.
- The ability to think for yourself and not always wait for the Raid Leader to tell you what you need to do.
- You are expected to maintain 100% attendance
- We of course expect you to be able to theorycraft to a certain extent and know the best gemming, gearing and enchanting options for your char.
- We also expect you to keep up-to-date with patches and how changes may affect you.
- We expect you to be prepared for boss encounters by researching encounters we will be attempting (through videos or written guides).
- We also expect that you will always be stocked on flasks, pots and food as well as repair costs. (You MUST have the ability to have new gear gemmed and enchanted in time for your next raid).
What you can expect of us
- A strong leadership, not afraid of making tough decisions in the interests of the guild.
- Being at the front of progression raiding without sacrificing too much time
- A serious raiding atmosphere, that is efficient but most importantly – fun!
- An extremely fun but mature guild chat. We have a lot of laughs and we’re a very close and funny guild but if you’re sensitive and easily offended, then we’re not the guild for you. Guild chat is often very colourful and our jokes can be mature and extreme!
We do have an age policy of 18+ but we do a couple of 17yr olds in our guild. The key is maturity, not your age.

8] ./ For The Horde!|||Come come healy and hurty ranged peeps, we know you're out there and just about dieing for an update so here it is!
We have indeed noticed that breaking into raiding (or making the jump from normals to HC's) can be a little daunting or a massive pain in the Tots for some peeps, particularly when it comes to the experience/gear requirements imposed by many guilds so we bring you this propisition:
We are willing to trial a new member or two of lesser raiding experience as long as they should show acceptable promise as a good potential raider. This ofc does not mean 'show up and apply decked non enchanted greens'. However it does mean if you feel you have the potential to be a good raider and are willing to prove it to us, you may have a fair chance.
Ofc with this offer in mind we still maintain high standards and look for the following qualities amongst potential Guildmates:
- In depth knowledge and interest in your class and it's role.
- Good Preparation, we don't spend a ton of time raiding each week so knowing the boss mechanics prior to the pull is key.
- Good, Positive Attitude! This is much the same as requesting no Asshats to apply, just politer. ;]
- Curiosity, that's right if you aren't clear on something it's better to ask before messing up than to suffer in silence.
- "Raid Ready", no reason not to have those rep rewards, rep enchants, gems and enchants in order! 5man HC gear does of course go without saying and crafted/boe epics are a bonus for anyone that can get your hands on some to equip. Just because for us, gearing raiders is not a major issue doesn't mean you should come half dressed. We like to see effort being put in a character as it assures us you're likely to keep the hard work going well into our future together!
- Communism! We're an awesome team, close knit with a great atmosphere and being fairly honest, this is down to the fact we always put what is best for The Guild above individuals wants/needs - no matter of rank, or length of service. This does not mean we view each other as an expendable resource, but rather focussing on the Guild welfare over personal interests does bring us closer as a team and prevents instances of 'special treatment'. And we can get away with communism for every member has a job, even if it's "just" to raid real good ;]
So that's us in a nutshell, and our compromise to help get some more fresh meat into the fight for Azeroth! Curious Cats may contact myself (Tehkek) via a PM on our Guild Forums or even in game - just be aware of our raid times on Wed/Thurs or Sunday if you do - if you catch me in a raid i'm not being rude if i don't reply post haste, just concentrating upon raiding well.|||2 healers (prefer holy palading/resto shamen but will consider others ofc)
A couple of caster ranged (solid mages, shadow priest or boomkin, again though we will not ignore skilled ranged of another class).
1 perfect rogue!
1 Tank - dps spec is a bonus!
1 Frost or Unholy DK with frost OS - would prefer a DK capable of kiting adds when and if required.|||Will ofc consider all well thought out prepared applicants regardless of the class, the above though is indeed our ideal wishlist, but skill is not class specific so bring it on!|||Maloriak Down (we suspect old age did him in ;])
LF a few ranged - 1 Boomkin/Shadow Priest would be our preferred choices.

A thoroughly competent Resto Shamen and Holyding to buff him.
