The Holy Crit guild was created on May 9th, 2009. The main focus of the guild is to be a Hardcore Raiding Guild while having fun and not being over the top. The guild is run by Kaison a funny guy who just wants to make it to the top! The goal is to have a small but very effective raiding guild. I will start by taking 7 people from each available class. Thus giving the guild a total of 70 members. The guild will never exceed that number of members. (Alts not counted towards that number).
Seeing as the guild just started I expect it to take about two weeks to a month before we have a good set of members raid ready. Once that day comes we will break into the following raiding schedule.

BEFORE YOU EVEN APPLY READ THIS
When you join please understand we are BRAND NEW. We are not going to get 40 level 80 toons in one week. You might join and be the 4th or 5th member and it could be 3 or 4 days before another member joins. If you do not understand that building a new RAIDING guild from scratch takes time please do not join. No point in joining just to quit a few days later. You have to remember as we build there will be many times while the numbers grow that not many people will be online at the same time. So if you want to join you need to sell yourself on the concept and what we are working towards and understand that will patience this can become a great guild. However as soon as we get our first 10 members who meet the class requirements for Karazhan and up we will jump right in and get started.
If you are in a guild and are behind many others in line to raid join us and be right at the front of the line. If you need some gear we will help you as our main goal is to create friendships.
PLEASE NOTE: Also seeing as we are a new guild we will be looking for people who stand out to becomes officers, and class leaders. Class leaders are in charge of making sure who is raid ready from their class. So there is chance to grow for all members right from the start.
